In my current position the below are some of my roles & responsibilities:April 1, 2015 - present. Providing direct support and assistance to the Project Director/Manager · Preparing Change Orders, RFI’s, Purchase Orders, working with Accounting Dept to ensure accurate coding and billing each month in SAP Operating system. · Uploading all submittals for distribution to clients using various online programs · Maintaining Accurate and Up to date Records/Spreadsheets logs of all Change Management, Submittals (PCN, RFI etc) · Issuing Contract Agreements and Maintaining up to date Certificate of Insurance for all subtrade Contracts . Operational and Maintenance Manual· Participate in Project Team planning meetings. Preparing and distribution of meeting minutes. · Communicate and distribute essential information to all applicable people involved in the project · Following up with Subtrades on deadlines, quotes, shop drawings etc · Assisting project team in whatever areas that they require to ensure a smooth running project. · Member of Companies Health and Wellness Committee.
