Strategic planning for portfolio including over 25 million SF of owned and leased real estate across 7 states. Direct programs and projects related to market decision support and cross-functional integration with finance, legal, risk, strategy, construction, development and other internal and external stakeholders, including key vendor management, across the health system.

Deliver enterprise-level project management, strategic planning, and policy / process development around multi-million dollar real estate lease portfolio. Serve as link between and among enterprise priorities and strategies and local system priorities and strategies, creating and managing systems, processes, training and strategic communication to achieve the goals of each group, and the Mission as a whole. Frontline contact for real estate transaction management and lease administration vendor. Interface daily with all levels of staff system-wide including C-suite and executive management, key clients and outside counsel.Manage system-wide private use compliance, ensuring the space in facilities built with tax-exempt bond proceeds are being used in accordance with IRS guidelines, maintaining organization's tax exempt status. Manage the vendors who produce our arbitrage rebate calculations and maintain our electronic and archived bond document libraries.Support on-going transactional analysis and due diligence activities related to strategic investments, mergers and acquisitions.

Initiate, organize and manage projects to improve performance and mitigate risk. Major projects focused on patient experience and real estate transaction management. Served in front-facing, strategic and relationship-building capacity with C-suite management and personnel at all levels, as well as with executive-level consultants, outside counsel, and key clients. Lead communication initiatives to maximize staff engagement, connection to organization mission, and Strategic Quality Plan (SQP). Lead Diversity and Inclusion and employee engagement initiatives and events.

Project managed the chapter’s flagship educational, networking and fundraising event, drawing a registration of 250+. Responsibilities included integrating, monitoring and controlling the planning, executing and closing activities of each team, including: agenda development, sponsorship, volunteers, IT, procurement / contracts, speaker recruitment/ management and communications, and directing and leading all aspects of the event on-site.
