My journey has been marked by a fusion of innovation, hands-on engagement, and effective networking. I successfully completed the FlipSisters Mentoring Program in April 2022. This transformative program, tailored for female Real Estate Investors, empowered me to refine my skills and expand my knowledge base.Within just four months, I acquired three rental units and transformed them into secure, stylish homes with flexible leasing options for single mothers. This distinctive initiative has seen remarkable demand, evidenced by a growing waiting list.Through a focus on the needs of my niche and an emphasis on staging, I achieved a noteworthy 43% increase in rent revenue for these properties. In June of 2023, I sold my primary residence, which was sold within a single day on the market, resulting in a substantial 68% profit. This accomplishment was made possible through careful staging, great marketing, a series of hands-on DIY projects and the imaginative inclusion of a whimsical secret bookcase door that created a 4th bedroom. In July 2023, I secured an outstanding fixer-upper in a sought-after Tega Cay location, offering a partial lake view. Our negotiation skills led to a purchase price $110,000 below the original listing. Collaborating with my contractors, we immediately added a third bedroom which has already increased this home’s ARV.I've consistently demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of areas, including contracts management, procurement, sales, invoicing, project budgeting, vendor relationships, residential real estate partnerships, and the skillful negotiation of contractor bids.I am genuinely passionate about the real estate industry and the opportunities it presents for positive transformation for my community and my family. I look forward to connecting with fellow professionals who share my enthusiasm and drive. Show less

I also inspired young children to love learning and explore the world of education. I communicated effectively with parents through parent-teacher conferences, and built strong relationships with them. I developed and implemented a Conversational Elementary French Program, to help our students, many of whom were children of missionaries, become bilingual in a global society. I delivered engaging and interactive lessons in language, art, and culture, using multimedia and hands-on methods, and partnering with in-house experts. Working at Comenius School was a rewarding experience that allowed me to make a positive difference in the lives of young students. I not only demonstrated my commitment to education, but also to the holistic development of my young students. Show less

I initiated and implemented regular programming that had a remarkable impact, increasing mission participation from a modest 5% to an impressive 40% of our congregation.Additionally, I established the Kid's Mission Council, a heartwarming initiative that raised $350 annually to sponsor tuition scholarships for orphaned Guatemalan children, contributing to a brighter future through education. One of my most gratifying accomplishments during this time was the initiation, collaboration, and successful completion of a mission dedicated to rebuilding a condemned family house. This mission provided crucial support to a widow in Fort Mill who was caring for her five grandchildren, showcasing what can happen when we work as a community to provide unwavering compassion, effective leadership, and adept problem-solving skills.Through these endeavors, our congregation not only demonstrated our commitment to making a meaningful difference but also underscored our dedication to uplift the lives of those locally and globally thereby helping to fulfill our mission.
