This distinctive initiative has seen remarkable demand, evidenced by a growing waiting list.Through a focus on the needs of my niche and an emphasis on staging, I achieved a noteworthy 43% increase in rent revenue for these properties.In June of 2023, I sold my primary residence, which was sold within a single day on the market, resulting in a substantial 68% profit. This accomplishment was made possible through careful staging, great marketing, a series of hands-on DIY projects and the imaginative inclusion of a whimsical secret bookcase door that created a 4th bedroom.In July 2023, I secured an outstanding fixer-upper in a sought-after Tega Cay location, offering a partial lake view. Our negotiation skills led to a purchase price $110,000 below the original listing. Collaborating with my contractors, we immediately added a third bedroom which has already increased this home’s ARV.I've consistently demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of areas, including contracts management, procurement, sales, invoicing, project budgeting, vendor relationships, residential real estate partnerships, and the skillful negotiation of contractor bids.I am genuinely passionate about the real estate industry and the opportunities it presents for positive transformation for my community and my family.
