The Transcript Center Procurement Advocate responds to student needs via phone and email in an effort to procure their transcript from former schools. The Procurement Advocate will proactively take full ownership of the student’s circumstance, managing a multi-channel communication toolkit to facilitate action items as it relates to transcript procurement. In each student interaction, the Advocate will endeavor to remove barriers to success, driving academic progression. The Advocate will guide the student through process, policy, and procedure as it relates to obtaining their transcript on the students’ behalf, assisting Students in retrieval of Education Transcripts. Core sales of Programs.

Monthly Casework and Recertification for Housing Consumers. Processing and verifying Consumer information on submitted applications. Interviewing Clients to access their situational needs. In office and in home consumer visits. Scheduling appointments, filing and maintaining Case History and Reports. Reviewing and modifying plans as circumstances change for Individuals. Developing a plan of action to improve Client's well being.

Customer Service, Appointment setting, Accounts Receivable, Payable. Ordering business Supplies. Phone calls. emails, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning , advertising, etc. Handles delinquent accounts, monthly reporting, and business bank deposits.

Implemented the goals and objectives of the senior programs and division. Provided leadership and supervision of Senior Center staff, participants and volunteers. Responsible for scheduling senior programs. Collaborate with community agencies and organizations to provide additional programs and services. Participated in Community events and fundraisers.
