Managing the end to end requirements for all off-payroll workers hired to work within Yorkshire Water. This incorporates the following: Actioning new hire requests; working with Hiring Managers and Agencies to source the vacancies; Reviewing and obtaining approval for individual contracts; raising purchase orders; dealing with queries as they arise; creating and amending contractor records through SAP; dealing with leavers and extensions; working with service partners; conducting IR35 status determination sessions; maintaining the master contractor spreadsheet.

Project Managing specific learning solutions through to completion across project life cycle. Ownership of learning plans, learning strategy and budgets for respective client area.
