It was the leading rental business with turnover of £500m, with 562 retail outlets and 35 service hubs.This role involved working with Clients Executive teams to ensure all elements of the contracts were deliverable. Responsible for influencing 3,000+ operators to ensure the service was delivered to exceed expectation. The role also involved implementing all new commercial accounts. Team consisted of 6 Project Managers using Prince 2 Project Management.
