I am currently a self-employed merchandiser. I love the flexibility of choosing my hours and location. I feel like my background in retail, including being a store manager and buyer, helped make this a perfect fit. I also enjoyed ten years as a substitute teacher, focusing on elementary grades and music. Previously, I worked in advertising, and enjoyed that, as well. On a volunteer basis, I’ve worked for Alpha Phi at the University of Dayton for many years. I love getting to work with the young women, as they navigate college life, and transition to the working world. As a people person, I’ve enjoyed my varied career.
