Lead role in generating solutions to critical issues concerning courses once they have been developed is one I take seriously. I have also taken part in helping to build courses in Canvas. Over 15 years experience in quality control/assurance in online educational environment, oversight of course maintenance databases and managing internal QA process, identifying issues, recommending solutions, and managing relationships with instructional designers, editors, media designers, and managers. Experience with building courses from Subject Matter Expert (SME) documents. Strong problem solver and highly self motivated with exceptional attention to detail. Team oriented, active listener, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. Identify issues and problems related to standards, platform functionality, technical performance, and content in graduate and undergraduate online courses. Collaborate with instructional designers/course engineers, faculty members, SMEs, editors, program directors, managers and media personnel to resolve issues. Adapt existing QA procedures to meet needs as course design and development models change.
