As a LCSW I have been helping individuals and families though the complicated turns of life for over 30 years. In addition to therapeutic practice, I have been able to share my expertise as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Utah. I am experienced in treating all types of depression, anxiety, PTSD, eating issues, personality and other related disorders, medical, grief and loss, and other psychiatric issues. But most importantly, I am invested in the well-being of my patients and the long-term success in helping them reach and sustain a healthful life.
