Provide guidance and support to assist small business employers and injured workers in achieving a positive, sustained return to work following workplace injury. Develop and maintain positive relationships with small business employers and injured workers. Provide rehabilitation and return to work services to maximise early intervention and return to work outcomes by small business employers and their injured workers. Provide support and guidance to Case Managers with respect to small business claims. Organise and conduct worksite meetings with small business employers and injured workers within the first week of an injury. Identify and assist employers and workers to address barriers to enable early return to work. Examine work opportunities-conduct a job analysis and assist the employer and worker to identify suitable duties to facilitate an early return to work.

My current position injury management advisor is an integrated management process involving early intervention with appropriate, adequate and timely services based on assessed needs. My duty is to facilitate recovery in order to achieve the best results for a safe and durable return to work for injured workers.I am responsible for overseeing the entire injury management and return to work process for Lend Lease Western Australia which includes retirement villages, shopping centers, construction and servicing departments. This involves liaising and organizing appointments with the worker, Insurance company, Doctors, Specialists and site managers.I am involved with travelling to site and training employees/managers on the injury management process.As HSE Administrator I assist support to all of our OH & S Managers. I travel up to site regularly to assist in data entry on the Lend Lease website to support our Safety Managers/Coordinators.
