Pre-Production and Production Responsibilites: Fabric, raw material and trim sourcingColor and print approvalsOrdering all necessary salesman samples materials and garmentsEnsuring Design, Tech and CAD are on schedule to meet their deadlinesConstant communication with factories to ensure our product is made to our exacting specificationsIntense negotation with factories to achieve an overall AUC decrease. Work with buyers to retrieve and discuss orders; problem solve any challenging issues re: minimums,leadtimes.Ensure factory has their logistics/documents in place for factory production to begin. Track and follow up on all logistics matters dealing with shipping of the goods from factory to our warehouse.
