My job at CSAA IG allows me to do a variety of things. I am an HR Business Partner that works collaboratively with executives on people strategies to include Talent Management, Succession Planning, Career Development, Workforce Planning and Organizational Design to name a few.CSAA Insurance Group is committed to innovating our products and services to meet the changing needs of AAA customers and exceed their expectations. With this focus my skills allign with CSAA's commitment. I pride myself in having the ability to jump in and hit the ground running to execute on my ideas, I see the big picture but also the realistic picture of the tactical milestones necessary to fulfill that vision. I thrive on taking initiative and leading stimulating projects. As an individual who is able to work in a fast pace environment and manage multiple projects at once. I believe that it is important to remember that great ideas and insights come from anyone and anywhere. As a life coach to my sons I show them by example that if they love what they do and have fun doing it, they will never work a day in their life! I have found this in CSAA IG.
