right° provides transparency on the climate impact of economic activities – plain & simple in °C. Our software and metrics enable customers from the real economy, finance, and real estate to measure and steer their alignment to the 1.5°C goal of the Paris Agreement.

right° open was launched by right° in May 2019 with the vision of a current and future workforce equipped with the knowledge, skills, and methodologies needed to manage the transition to a 1,5 °C economy.For this reason, right° open supports universities with accelerating the knowledge transfer between scientists, professionals, and students to ensure a faster adoption of science-based reasoning and solutions in the practical work with climate impact management.This is done by providing academia with free access to the XDC Model for research activities, and by facilitating transdisciplinary research collaborations through which students, researchers, and professionals can equip themselves with the knowledge, skills, and network of support needed to apply and develop the XDC Model for science-based responses to global warming.Since right° open was launched, we have conducted more than 25 research collaborations with over 45 students, 18 university partners, and 3 organizations from the real and financial economy.

With the growth of the GreenTech Hub project, the tasks and responsibilities were integrated into the daily operations of TechQuartier. My focus turned to leading the development, coordination and execution of TechQuartier's 'innovation-on-demand' products including startup acceleration programs, 'tech literacy'-workshops and inspirational dialogue events covering green topics and other thematic areas.

• Project management: I was responsible for building up TechQuartier’s first satellite innovation hub, the GreenTech Hub, from scratch. • Community building: Through networking, meetings, presentations and online campaigns, I established a community of 56 startups, multipliers, impact investors, corporates and associations in a few months.• Community management: Based on gathered and analyzed needs and interests of the community, I regularly connected members and shared relevant ecosystem opportunities directly or via online communication channels like twitter and newsletters. • Content development: I developed concepts and executed events with the aim of further connecting the community and fostering a dialogue on green tech topics such as circular economy. • Space management: I set up and managed the GreenTech Hub's physical co-working space including the establishment of office infrastructure, management of daily operations and scouting, screening & acquisition of suitable green tech startups as tenants.

• Innovative problem-solving: I introduced the UN’s sustainable development goals (SDGs) as a framework for operationalizing the agency’s mission of sustainable growth. • Project management: I independently developed and implemented a classification method based on the SDGs, now applied to >1000 research and innovation projects funded by the agency every year.• Analytical thinking, quality assurance and networking: I identified needs and iteratively tested and assured the quality of the method through pilot tests in programs and internal and external presentations, workshops, interviews, questionnaires and educational activities. I also developed a quality assurance guide. • Impact assessment, risk analysis and data analysis: In testing the method I independently evaluated sustainability aspects of 1200 projects in various industries.• Process development and team work: The relevance of my work placed the SDGs as the agency’s top priority. A project group of 10 employees including myself was appointed to further integrate the SDGs in strategy and operations including program motives, evaluation criteria, education materials etc.• Representation: I presented the agency’s work with the SDGs at internal and external events and acted as key contact person for external actors.

• Impact assessment, risk analysis and analytical thinking: Analyzed the social, economic and environmental sustainability impacts of high-tech indoor farming. • Independent research work, networking and planning: Conducted a literature review, a local market analysis, and an empirical study based on study visits to European industry actors.• Application for project funding: My input was essential to secure one more round of project funding.

• Consulting, service-orientation and multitasking: Independently consulted clients with bookkeeping, accounts receivables, accounts payables, invoicing, monthly financial reporting and guidance.

• Administration, multitasking and efficiency: Processed travel visa applications for travellers to India.• Service-orientation: Responsible for the customer service via phone, email and in person.

Worked with sales of women's clothing, handled deliveries, customer service, in-store demonstrations and other customary work.

• Project management: Conducted a “Social Return on Investment” analysis of one of MIA’s community-based micro insurance projects in Orissa, rural India. • Leadership, organisation, international and interdisciplinary teamwork: Planned, coordinated and executed a field study based on data collection from 140 insured families. Cleaned excel data from 10.000 clients, developed and translated questionnaires, organized interpreters and interviewers etc.• Impact assessment, data analysis and analytical thinking: Analyzed, measured and monetized the social, environmental and economic return of investment in the insurance scheme. Wrote a report to be used by MIA as a framework for future SROI-analyses of micro insurance projects.

Worked with continuous accounting of individual companies and partnerships, conducted reconciliations and established procedures for accounting of individual companies.

Responsible for a staff of 8 people, allocated tasks and made sure they were carried out, completed improvements to enhance efficiency and was responsible for the daily operations.
