APPA is an international association composed of people from all levels of government involved with community corrects and supervision. As Vice President I assist in board governance and serve our members by providing guidance in the advancement of criminal justice reform through conferences and other educational opportunities.

Uptrust is a startup focused on leveraging technology and positive relationships to eliminate technical violations and avoidable incarceration in the criminal justice system. As Director of Community Supervision Partnerships, I lead our expansion into probation and parole across the United States and am focused on keeping people out of jail who should not be there.

As Chief Probation Officer I worked to connect justice involved individuals to local social services (like mental health counseling and public housing) to assist them in navigating a complex probation system successfully.
