Research and disposition internal rejections; submit for customer disposition; sit on the CAB (corrective action board). I currently use Esti-Trak for all of the above.

• I worked within D&S Manufacturing to help them acquire AS9100 certification. I updated their Quality Manual to meet AS9100 and FAA standards, wrote their processes and procedures and got a score of 97.7 out of 100 on the certification audit with only 2 minor findings.

• I worked within Lee Aerospace to help them acquire AS9100 certification and updated their Quality Manual to meet AS9100 and FAA standards. I hired a team of 5 inspectors and supervised them for approximately 5 months to include the knowledge of LAI process and procedures, In Process Inspection and Receiving Inspection to include the organization of incoming inspections with the birth of an IPC system within LAI. I helped to bring in the Cessna Single Engine Program to include the 172, 182, 206 and auxiliary spars and the 172, 182 and 206 Leading Edges to include FAI, In Process Inspection and the coordination of shipping working closely with Cessna Engineering to help bring drawings, bill of materials and planning up to standards.
