Susan is retired yet still is available to chat about CBR a small business started in 1997. Susan Roberts is an experienced facilitator, asset-focused community developer, and adult educator. Susan and colleagues, "the RAFF'ers", have assisted community groups and organizations by providing fun and effective workshops and facilitation for Community Capacity Building and Asset Mapping© - RAFF it up! As well Susan's work has included work with Alberta Food Matters which operates the Growing Food Security in Alberta Network (GFSA to present). Susan was also a community coach with the Alberta Active Creative Communities (ACE 2012). Susan's vision is of people living in communities that are vibrant, alive and successful because they are based on the friendships, relationships and connections of the local people.Community Development, food sovereignty, food security, community building, strategic planning, facilitation, community capacity building and asset mapping, workshop facilitation. Even in retirement Susan is always a RAFF practitioner!!!
