Susan Smith is a Sr. Offshore Manager and data analyst who partners with directors, managers and workforce extensions to innovate and create efficient data research methods offshore. After spending many years working with offshore partners and having the expertise in data analysis, Susan knows what is takes to train and drive efficiency with an offshore team. Connecting with the team on a personal level, showing compassion and open communication are the most important aspects of building a super powered team.Susan has also been able to extend her skills by writing Tableau reports and performing data analysis for various teams. She acted as the webmaster for ASIST while in graduate school. In addition to her Project Management and Data Science skills, she is also a trained Librarian.Susan holds an MLS in Library Science and an MA in Digital Science, focused in Data Science from Kent State University.
