Oversees the annual CTPAT Security Profile Requirements assessment for both our Foreign Manufacturer and US RDC as well as our Revalidation process and proceedings. - Supports company-wide Global Trade Compliance programs by ensuring compliance with U.S. import and export control laws and regulations. - Process and resolves customs related inquiries and clearance issues pertaining to classification, country of origin, trade preference, etc. from customs brokers and internal business partners to ensure supply chain continuity. - Performs a variety of research and analysis (HTS integrity, country of origin and product marking) to ensure that Shure is in compliance with U.S. and global customs regulations. - Determines and assigns tariff classifications of Shure products - finished goods, assemblies and raw materials.
