I wear many hats as Business Manager. My prime function is to grow the business. I do this in a variety of ways using my marketing expertise. For example, we have three to four major events a year and I manage all aspects of the event from the invitation to rearranging the showroom. As Business Manager I am responsible for managing the inventory, working with the bookkeeper and some other back end activities increasing my knowledge and abilities to run a small business.
