Susan has always been an entrepreneurial idealist. She enjoys collaborating with small companies on their road to great things! Straight out of college, she began working for the Irvine Family, caring for their private properties and investments. After years of successfully creating custom database systems across multiple industries including Oil & Gas, Fine Arts, Finance, and Sports entertainment, Susan opened her first bookkeeping/consulting company that specialized in small businesses.In early 2000, Susan was recruited to work at Lindstrom Financial and in a short period she successfully tripled the company’s annual earnings and was responsible for creating an in-house funding department with over $30 million in multi-state licensed, warehouse lending lines. During this time, she opened her second company named, Seacliff Escrow. Showcasing her leadership skills and business expertise, Susan, packaged these two companies together and sold them in an impressively lucrative deal. From there she moved on to Embed Digital where she created operational systems for all departments. She not only has an accounting background but is extremely good at mastering new technology and ever-changing software. ED developed a SaaS software to connect Point of Sale systems to Digital Menu Displays. Not only are they a tech company but also a design and marketing company, taking the B2B platform from design to install to implementation and use. Each company is unique and Susan was there to manage each project from start to finish, from customer relationships to cost accounting to superior training and customer service. Susan’s unmatched financial, managerial and people skills instantly became apparent and she was quickly promoted to Vice President of the fast-growing start-up company. “I love the fight, the growth and the challenge.
