Neighbourhood Networks provides an unprecedented opportunity for greater levels of joint engagement across Health, Social Work, Carers and Service user’s with the aim of reducing reliance on paid support whilst providing opportunities for preventative and mutual support to vulnerable people.Neighbourhood Networks established in 2001 facilitates living support networks amongst vulnerable individuals which are designed to help network members sustain life independently in their own homes. This service is not replicated by any other organisation. We currently partner with 8 council areas across Scotland with many networks within Glasgow City Council, East Renfrewshire Council, North Lanarkshire Council ,West Dunbartonshire Council and continue to grow.
