As the sole recruiter for the PA Liquor Control Board, I was able to spread my recruiter wings to use my creativity to enhance the efforts of find great people to work in the Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores across the state. I partnered with hiring managers to determine work force needs in order to recruit talent. I develop and coordinate recruitment plans for PLCB positions. I coordinate statewide searches for specialized and executive level positions by determining the most appropriate social media and other resources to advertise our jobs. I was the expert on recruitment methods and ways in which to attract the best candidates for the PLCB. I created QR codes to drive potential candidates to or jobs, I worked with digital department to create an employee testimonial video to place on our jobs postings and I guided store managers in performing their own in-store job fairs. Met with potential job candidates to discuss their skills and interests, and recommended various employment options. Keep recruitment statistics for later analysis and presents recommendations as to the most efficient and cost-effective avenues to pursue.
