Governance specialist with 20 years' experience as Board member, Chairman and Company Secretary. Having enjoyed a successful career over many years as a Board advisor and subject specialist for governance in Education, contributing to NHS Health Education as a Lay Advisor whetted my appetite for new challenges and I made the transition to the NHS in a professional capacity in April 2015. Delighted to have been part of the Kingston Hospital team that achieved the transition from overall rating by the CQC for quality from ‘Requires Improvement’ in 2016 to ‘Outstanding’ in 2018.
