My main responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Manager of Workforce Diversity & Employment. I also support the the Recruitment & Diversity Team in the Human Resource Department. I set up meetings for My boss, create regular reports, pay and maintain all department invoices, support all office supplies for the department, amoung a wide variety of many other duties.

Purchased and Negotiated Right of Ways for Oil & Gas Exploration, negotiated and settled damage claims,obtained damage releases from all land owners & interested liabilities. I was also.the main liason between the Company, Client, Local, and State Agencies and Governing Bodies. Ran title of property to ascertain Surface and subsurface ownership of all land, and all lessees, including surface, (Farming) and subsurface; Oil and Gas Company Lessees, currently holding Oil & Gas Leases, and/or producing same. Most of my work was in the Gulf Coast region including Texas, Arkansas, Louisianna, Mississippi, Alabama, Oklahoma, but I also worked all in Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, West Virginia, Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, & California. I mapped scaled drawings of properties onto both topographic maps and ownership maps,prior to commencement of crew operations and worked closely with survey crews to instruct of access, and underground pipeline locations.
