Managed and grew the Bermuda-based Modeling Team, providing modeling support D&F, Property Treaty, and Specialty Underwriting Teams for Bermuda, London, and US entities. Oversaw day-to-day modeling, providing pricing support to the underwriters, liaising with IT and model vendors, and ensuring modeling systems and in-house propriety modeling and tools were updated. Maintained and executed Reinsurance outwards and portfolio roll-ups. I assisted with starting the summer student internship program and ran it for my duration at Hamilton, employing several students during my tenure. Involved in Hamilton Re's Diversity and Inclusion Forum, assisting with the implementation of policies to make Hamilton a diverse and inclusive workplace.
