- Responsible to develop and implement a newly established Franchise System in delivering intelligence training to children and youth aged 3 – 18 years old.- Launched operations of 3 centres at Central, Hunghom and Shatin- Recruitment and development of centre managers, trainers and operation staff.- Designed, developed and implemented efficient and effective operational process, automation, assessment policy, quality assurance and customer service - Established strategic planning, including but not limited to operational expansion, financial forecast and management, branding and promotional plan, customer relationship, people and resources development and management- Commercialization and extension of revenue: development and launch of corporate account, i.e. training courses to be conducted at clubs, and school, e.g. HK Jockey Club. - As consultant to Franchisor in the establishment of Licensed Trainer System and Programs- The Franchisor has now expanded to >40 centres in worldwide cities upon successful role model in HK.
