• Act as a consultant to provide solution to sales colleagues and sales management on system issues such as, SAP CRM, Cloud for Sales and QlickView and Power BI.•Assist Sales colleagues on Leads process ing, creating& maintaining opportunity, creating quotation to meet up Clean Order Requirements. • Schedule training session with sales manager and new hire and present new hire on how to use tools under sales portal. As well as provide demo to sales management on using new online tools and assist on data analysis.•Monitor sales Opportunity status before due date to make sure sales management to have an accurate forecast.• Monitor sales ER on Leads status update weekly.• Review and edit sales documents for better support to sales. • Check the integrity of necessary information of each opportunity by following Sales Process.

Serve as a Vendor Management Office Specialist for Bentley Systems, APAC; responsible for managing vendor relationships, including Property management, Hotel, Telecom, Courier and Travel Agency etc.• Liaison and negotiate with vendors for better services and lower prices for the concern of cost saving. Resolving office facilities issues for internal Bentley APAC colleagues  Collaborate with outside vendors to ensure good services continuously. • Responsible for lease of real estate and office facilities management Review agreements, proactively tracking real estate contracts and review & analyst prices & terms. Overseen office moves and renovation projects, including provide opinions on renovation materials, HVAC for the concern of Business needs, Enterprise Culture and Image Projects includes: a) Followed up the project of Beijing New Logo office renovation in year 2012. Arrange and coordinate for colleagues move. Got crucial cooperation with IT colleagues and very good support from Finance colleagues on payment to vendors made the whole project went smoothly.b) Followed up the project of Beijing CCP office renovation in year 2016. Enhanced my overall viewpoint and coordination ability.  Search for environment friendly material for the concern of colleague’s health. Make sure the materials are with high quality & cost effective.• Supervise and manage the company’s receptionists.• Maintain the Facilities’ contracts database. Collect and analyze facilities expenses from cost wise, such as office supplies and charges of electricity. • Responsible for company corporate hotels market search and contract signing and renewal. • Forge strong and ethical relationships between the Facilities department and other functions including Legal, Finance.• Plan and oversee special events, including Sales Kickoffs, Marketing Events and Board Meetings.• Handle customs clearance issues.
