I am indeed a very very lucky person. I trained in Australia on the beautiful Gold Coast which was hot. Through hard work and determination I have now earned the title as an Internationally Certified World Class Executive Master Trainer. I feel very proud to have been guided by the Australian Institute of Fitness, my teachers being Rowena Szeszeran-McEvoy and Kerry McEvoy (World Known Inspirational Speakers). WOW what an honor. Since returning to the United Kingdom my passion for health and fitness continues. I am the founder of 'ATHLETIC PILATES UK' (A revolutionary workout which is sports specific).
