Founder and President/ Director of Operations of a Non profit since it began in December 2002. As President and Director of Operations I established and manage Administration and Training and Teaching Programs as well as interviewing,hiring and training locally employed staff and Teachers. Our organization was legally registered in early 2003 as a non profit income.It was founded originally to assist rural disadvantaged children in Indonesia after the first Bali Bomb. As its Founder I developed the IP of our Programs and hired, trained and mentored local Indonesian Teachers and Administration Staff. We are not affiliated with any organization of the same or a similar name in the USA or any other Nation.As a part of our Mission and Vision, with the assistance of multiple private donors our programs have to date benefited close to 10,000 children aged 6 years to 13 years and 13 rural village schools and given local employment and mentoring to 11 teachers within their communities.We have completed our Indonesian project.We are now in 2024 -2025 only focusing on raising funds for our next Project to be implemented in 2026- 2027 it is a major education project with additional benefits to children, their families and community. The new location will remain unannounced until our grant proposals have been submitted for funding.

Established and founded a PT PMA Foreign Investment company working in collaboration with various local Government Departments. Contracted property to develop capital works projects for five star villa accommodation: management of capital works, supervising construction teams, created interior design, developed website and managed administration of all projects. We also offered marketing and design services.Interviewed hired and Trained locally employed staff to a five star standard of quality service. In addition to managing the business I also performed interior design work for several business properties and private villas.This involved hiring and training staff for clients. Due to the first Bali Bomb it was necessary to close the business because of the devastating economic effects on tourism following the Bomb. We then converted the property for the remainder of its long contracted lease into our non- profit head quarters.

This Coaching practice was established and operated in two Countries for a total of 14 +years. I had an existing background and training in several different self -awareness techniques, including psychology and group therapy training in New York as well as biofeedback training and self development and meditation training: I opened the first Coaching/ counseling practice in Beverly Hills California.Having previously been one of the original founders in Miami of what became known later as the Meta Therapy Foundation, a private and group therapy practice run initially by myself and a former associate until the business became successful.I then returned full time to New York City to pursue other career opportunities. I had previously lead Group sessions under Dr. Daniel Casriel at the Group Dynamic Institute in New York City where I had been trained by Dr. Daniel Casriel. I also designed and managed as a volunteer an Egress program I developed at the Institute to prepare young residential ex addicts at AREBA to re enter the work force and locate employment. AREBA was Dr. Casriel's in house drug and alcohol rehab facility for Teenage addicts till his death in 1983. It now operates as AREBA Casriel.In my own coaching / counseling practice I worked as a private Life and Career/Business Coach, combining psychotherapy, mindset,meditation and de-stress techniques, nutritional and fitness coaching, self awareness coaching and career image consulting for both women and men.My Private clients came referred from a variety of community sectors but were primarily business executives and business owners,lawyers,creative individuals, actors and entertainers, housewives, couples and also younger people in their 20's.

Management and design and marketing consultancy for business owners in the property and retail sectors, providing complete admin services, design and architectural services, investing and project development for property developers, capital works projects and turn key operations for businesses , property developers , boutiques, sales rooms and restaurants. We also provided Administration, Public Relations, Marketing,HR Staff hiring and Training, Interior design and fit out services , plus Fashion Design and Procurement Services working for clients in the USA, India and Australia and later in Indonesia as PT Bali Jordan Management.
