I'm a developmental neuroscientist with a keen interest in FAIR and open science. My passion is identifying practical solutions to biomedical analysis needs that balance the essential requirement of reproducibility, biological relevance as well as person-hour effort. While at MBF Bioscience, I served as the Scientific Director, leading research efforts through NIH, DoD and other funding sources. I additionally directed all contract research for MBF Labs, including unbiased research method design, application, and implementation for neuroscience and biomedical applications. I have demonstrated expertise in stereology, morphologic quantification, and cytoarchetectonic analysis at the light microscope level. I have 20 years experience with digital microscopy image files, formats, and usage.
