With 25 years in the food business working for and with some of the world's largest brands and retailers, I now offer independent consultancy to organisations striving to tackle "Sustainability" in its broadest sense. The connected challenges of environment, health, fairness and economic sustainability can only be meaningfully solved through unprecedented collaboration and courage - and I love working with the new style of leader who is willing to step up to the challenge.My clients include brands, retailers and NGOs; wherever you are on your journey my aim is to help you accelerate your impact. I am primarily a senior commercial/corporate strategy person with the ability to apply that to sustainability challenges - 'translating' the often hyper-technical, specialist ESG agenda into business-relevant content. I've also worked in all parts of the system, so can build empathy and common ground between parties who tend to distrust or fear each other.
