仕事の内容海外業社との販売に関する業務海外部材の調達海外サプライヤーの選定海外商社への営業活動海外サプライヤーフォワーダーにEメール、電話対応納期管理、値段交渉、クレームの対応注文書、輸送書類作成展開コスト削減提案【実績】2019年度：交渉のため、輸送費コストと購入コストの削減3億万円　達成率：1年度3.5％• Reach out to oversea suppliers for quotations, lead time, shipments, claim request....etc.• Negotiate with suppliers and shipping brokers.• Co-ordinate with R&D team for outsourcing new products.• Co-ordinate with production side for shipping schedule, delay notices and quality issues.• Prepare import document• Liaison with forwarder for shipping arrangement, customs clearance.• Plan to maximize cost of saving and propose to the management.• Submit daily report to the management.
