Team was responsible for investigating self-reported non-compliance issues (SRIs) to understand root cause and impact, and to ensure completion of remediation. Discussed SRIs and other issues with CFTC on monthly calls. Performed horizontal analysis of SRIs across Swap Dealers to aid Examination Group's understanding of common non-compliance issues. Team reviewed all Swap Dealer filings, including CCO Annual Reports and Quarterly Risk Exposure Reports and followed up with firms as necessary. Contributed to the design and development of an internal system that documents firm issues. -
