Lower West Side Household Services' mission is to provide high quality, medically necessary home care and health related services. With a history of providing care that encompasses the client as part of our team, Lower West Side Household Services has been able to meet and exceed the standards of care with personalized services that promote wellness and independence of individuals and families within the comfort of their natural environment and the community. Lower West Side Household Services, is a licensed New York State private not-for-profit home health care agency which was established in 1969. LWS helped empower families by addressing their educational, financial and health care needs as well as advocate for their voice within the community. In 1987, Dennelisse was begun with the specific aim of providing care for children and social supports of families in need through homemaking services as well as Cobra Case Management for families having or at risk for having HIV. LWS continues to provide medically necessary Home Health Services, including skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social services, and home health aides, as well as Early Intervention, and programs for children with disabilities. The agencies are licensed to operate in all five boroughs as well as Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange, and Duchess Counties.

Business Development: Helped to establish organizational mission and direction; supported transition to new corporate identity. Helped delineate roles and responsibilities, organizational structure, and goals and objectives to maximize strengths of three merged companies. Participated in marketing and sales proposal writing and presentations. Developed strategic relationships with vendor partners to enhance service offerings and provide efficiency of operations. Financial Management: Regional contracts P&L responsibility for corporate office; contract negotiations; return on investment reporting. Operational Management: Provided regional leadership post merger and acquisition. reorganization of assignments, expansion of existing and addition of new business; personnel management, motivation and mentoring of team of directors; quality assurance initiatives; customer service and analysis of clinical outcomes. Ensured metrics driven operational excellence and evidence based clinical care. Developed master service agreements and guaranteed performance objectives.
