I am a highly engaged, people-oriented leader with expertise in warehouse operations, ecommerce fulfillment, retail fulfillment, crossdocking, reverse logistics and 3PL management. Over the past 18 years with Office Depot I have had great opportunities to lead, learn and develop.In my current position I am the General Manager of a fast paced ecommerce fulfillment center. For two years I managed an Office Depot warehouse and an OfficeMax warehouse that serviced the Pacific Northwest. In 2016 I consolidated these two warehouses into my current fulfillment center while maintaining high levels of customer service and employee morale while maintaining expense control.I also have expertise in retail crossdocking and reverse logistics. I led a crossdock that processed $490M COGS and serviced 98 stores, including 17 stores in Canada. My crossdock included a Returns Consolidation Center for processing damaged goods, servicing the western half of the US. For the last three years as Sr. Manager of the crossdock, I had the top performing operation in the company. I am highly organized leader that has successfully led teams through challenging transitions. I have built my success on putting people first, building trust and creating high-functioning, highly engaged teams.
