Partner with Executive Leadership Team of the Product and System Sales organization with responsibility for leading a team of 10 HR professionals. Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to a team of HR Partners supporting more than 1,300 employees in the fields of engineering; marketing; research & development; sales & field service. Work collaboratively with global partners and HR expert teams to ensure delivery of value-added services to management and employees that reflect the assigned Division’s business objectives.

Strategic HR Business Partner to the CFO of the Industry and Infrastructure & Cities sectors and senior leaders of key support functions of Siemens Industry, Inc, including Information Technology, Supply Chain & Logistics; Communications; Accounting & Controlling and Legal. Ensure people strategies support business objectives, working thru One HR shared service organization in the delivery of services to include recruiting; talent management, compensation and benefits; learning and human resources consulting. Engage with leaders on organizational design during carve-outs; acquisitions and business re-structuring. Actively participate in, as well as facilitate, talent reviews focused on organizational bench strength; succession planning and development planning.

Supported assigned customer groups. Primary responsibilities include execution of divisional strategy; partnering with senior management on business unit strategy; identifying and solving local business needs; working with centers of competence to deliver services and effectively driving and managing change. Served as HR work stream lead for major global restructuring project.

Member of field human resource team assigned to support specific territories within the BT field organization in size of up $200M and 800 employees. Partnered with managers to support business strategies and ensure appropriate and consistent application of policies, practices and procedures. Customer groups included 24 hour remote monitoring centers for the security division; branch operations including installation and service; sales; management and support functions.
