As one of two Assistant Management Accountants at Denmaur, I ensure the smooth running of the Sales Ledger, checking, amongst other things that costs have been apportioned appropriately and balance sheet codes reconcile.Amongst my varied roles, I prepare the Paper Division's Board Pack in readiness for the monthly Board meeting, call down the sales from the bank n'able account on a daily basis and check purchase invoices are costed correctly.

1 Year Contract - Assisting with the newly acquired P&G lines to Coty. My role was to assist with the set up of procedures and systems for the newly acquired lines. As Custodian to the Wella Ireland account I looked after the balance sheet, reporting monthly to HO in New York, and liaising with the Management Accounting team to ensure figures were correctly coded.
