Managed the Western Region office with two other employees. Scheduled ISO 9000 audits for approximately 75 clients. Provided information to auditors prior to scheduled date, paid auditor expenses, billed clients, edited reports, maintained client records on the computer. Provided assistence to Western Region Manager, setting up training meetings and writing a procedure manual to be used by all employees.

Package and ship funded loans to the warehouse banks, collect first payments, pay broker's fees, service loans held in house. Supervised three others in the department.

Pioneered regular classroom integration in John Swett Unified School District. Taught some of the regular classes, Art and English. Junior High School age children.Taught one year of fifth grade, loaded with special education students, at the primary level.
