As a data / business analyst, my goal is to eliminate the need for my customers in Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain Planning, Sales and Operations and Engineering to spend valuable time performing repetitive acts of data collection and processing and afford them the capability of putting 100% of their efforts into interpretation and future planning based on the results of their analysis. This has been accomplished through the design and implementation of a variety of tools (briefly highlighted below):• A Sales and Marketing forecasting system which supported the company’s approximately $2.4B in revenue and also included a Product Cost module that used current and projected component costs to determine end item material cost and margin. • • The development of an Excel refreshable pivot report linked to the base data of the Sales and Marketing forecast system which allowed over 400 users to extract data real-time to perform analysis on changing revenue, product cost and margin.• Automation software to generate and publish over 150 reports daily. • A Manufacturing Spend Model which summarized actual and projected costs at all levels of the manufacturing cycle. • A financial model which analyzed the source of financial changes in revenue and cost between price, volume or a combination of the two. • Excel VBA macros to process forecast data received in multiple formats from outside customers into the format required to upload into SAP. • Metrics reports to support continuous process improvement for Supply Chain Management and Customer Service. • Ad hoc reporting accomplished in a short time frame with high accuracy to support the various groups within the company. Over 95% of requests were fulfilled within 1 day.

• Data and process analysis for system conversion from an IMS-based to an Oracle-based system• Coordination and implementation of activities performed by the Business Planning & Operations organization related to Product Database operations• Analysis of problems impacting processes performed by the Product Database team and its customers, along with recommending and implementing changes to affected business and systems processes.

• Hardware and software support for PC-based user community; including, but not limited to, pc troubleshooting, network software installation and configuration, application software installation and hardware installations

• Design, development and maintenance of Lot Interval Tracking System• Restructure, maintenance and support of production product movement tracking system which consisted of Cobol batch and online programs
