I am the Manager of the Communications department at Vista Health Systems a member of Community Health Systems in Waukegan, IL. I am responsible for a Call Center with Agents answering calls internally/externally for 2 hospitals 24-7 365 utilizing the Amcom Software. I manage a Physicians Answering Service providing care to over 250 physicians and their office's. I recently went through a PBX migration from a Nortel Meridian 81C to an Ayaya CM and manage a Nortel Meridian 61C, several Nortel 11C's, a Nortel BCM400, and many Norstar PBX systems along with Meridian Mail. I provide telephony service and maintenance to over 23 sites. My job also includes in depth verification of accurate billing on all telephone accounts associated with Vista Health and the Physicians Clinics and authorization for payment. I manage the programming and maintenance of the VOIP telephones for our internal staff. I authorize the User base of Order Facilitator to all of our Physician Clinics and Scheduling departments.
