Communal work is my passion. With the exception of part time summer jobs, every job I have had and every paycheck I have earned has been from a communal organization. As my career has progressed from a helping hand at a charity thrift store to the Director of two highly successful organizations, my personal contributions and skills have emerged. Buttressed by my Ph.D. work in educational institutional theory, I have become an expert at creating and molding organizational structure and culture. I do not define success only in a quantitative manner.
