- Supervise and accompany GrowthSpace’s customers in creating and designing effective employee development programs and ensure they are implemented in a timely manner- Responsible for benchmarking and measuring best practices in both employee and talent development and connecting employee development to business KPIs- Use innovative methods to inspire creative and effective training programs to help participants to achieve their potential- Responsible for developing a method to continually assess employee performance, training, and development gaps/needs

- Design learning objectives for training courses/learning activities, develop content to meet learning objectives and identify appropriate delivery mechanisms- Collaborate with subject matter experts, project leads, change specialists, to design, develop, implement, evaluate and revise curriculum and learning resources- Responsible for implementing end-to-end training activities, including planning, instructional design, development, delivery, measurement, and coordination across teams- Managed ongoing project team training/capability development, including employee development, talent programs, and management programs

- Assist the administration of training related organizational processes, such as managing the content of a learning management system- Design and deliver various training programs, assess training effectiveness and support the training vendor management process- Consult with Playwize HR to conduct needs analysis, determine common training needs, recommend possible solutions and develop an evaluation process to ensure training effectiveness- Work with VP of Talent Management to identify KPIs and ensure training is evaluated for effectiveness regularly and feedback is provided to training resources

- Deliver new colleague orientation- Monitor development plans- Oversee performance analyses- Develop training material, lesson plans, assessment, and evaluation for training modules- Ensure that the training process is properly coordinated, monitored documented, and evaluated- Coordinates and facilitates technical systems training
