I has over 13 years sales and account service experience in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability. leading TUV-Rheinland CSR sales team and my key mission is develop and implement the strategy for CSR market. Prior to joining TUV-Rheinland, I worked for HKQAA and BV where I led CSR sales team and met target. I also got SA8000 lead auditor, WRAP auditor, ICTI lead auditor, BSCI Lead auditor, ISO9001 auditor and ISO14001 auditor certificates, in the past 13 years, I has attended over 600 audits and known social situation in China.I am response for business devolopment of supplier chain audit as below area:- social sustainability - environment- energy- carbon and energy - animal welfare- C-TPAT- Business Practise- Agriculture audit- Building safetyBesides, I am interested in significative and new area in CSR and promote, also, to know more about the new project, I am communicate with each partner and involve in it from the beginning to the end. To extend my knowledge and help others, I am communicate with each standard and association, such as Sedex, GSCP, Better cotton, Better coal, Conflict Minerals etc, I like my work not only for the salary but also a part of my life

I was started my CSR life in HKQAA as account manager, mainly focus on system and second part audit with brands, in my working in HKQAA, i response for sales and marketing CSR sales team and finished target every year. further more, seminars would be hold with new product introdution to buyer regularly. I like my work as sales for my character.

My first station in audit firm is Bureau Veritas, my function in training department was promote training course and finish target. I was finished and exceeded 60% target every year in BV, also, successful promote new products and to be the golden course in the recent few years.
