Positions: Access Management advisor, IDM technical support, SOX Auditor support, Mainframe support, Application relationship manager and business analyst for General Electric divisions (GE Commercial Finance, GE Treasury, GE Corporate, GE Money).• Access Management advisor- Responsible of provision access to GE new employees on email, LAN, VPN, Active Directory, RSA, Mainframe, AS400, various in-house applications based window).- Keep up to date documentation related to how to perform access, solve issues, etc. - Document and provide workaround for a unknown issue.- Provide application/technical support to QA, Stage and Prod environments active directory, mainframe.- Generate daily/weekly/monthly metric reports• Application Support Expert (IDM system)- Provide CORE access to new employee/contractor. - Be part of IDM updates (essentials and SUN IDM 7 Essentials).- Perform QA and PROD changes and schedule them to go live.- Perform IDM testing to make sure changes are successfully working.- Add, delete and modify SOX level approvers base on the applications access.- Add, delete and modify resolver’s base on the applications access.- Follow up IDM requests from begin to end (provide access as soon as possible base on requestor’s need).- Create email template to notify user’s or manager’s status request, follow up, etc.- Generate monthly reports.- IT Support to new application migrated to IDM system.- IT Technical IDM troubleshooting.- Perform new releases in IDM system. • SOX Auditor supports. - Reviewing all deliverables to be compliance on Sarbanes-Oaxley. - Performing several reports to track, execute and maintain compliance to meet scheduled tollgates and customer CTQ´s.• Mainframe support.- Provide access to employee/contractor.- Perform quarterly process.• Information security (perform security audits on web applications).• IT Governance & Controllership.
