I have a degree in Management and over 16 years of diverse experience across retail and telecommunications. At Vodafone Portugal, I worked as an Assistant Manager, where I handled customer service operations, managed payroll, conducted audits, and trained new team members. I utilized tools such as Oracle Siebel CRM and SAP to manage customer data and financial processes, including invoicing and payroll. In my role as Assistant Manager at Central Pharmacy, I oversaw credit control, accounts payable and receivable, and market pricing research. More recently, I have been working at Tesco Ireland as a Customer Assistant, responsible for stock management and supporting online order fulfillment. I am highly skilled in administrative support, financial management, and using Microsoft Office programs, as well as having knowledge of Portuguese tax laws.
