Sr Executive Assistant*
CurrentAssist leaders in attaining operational goals within the department and in support of strategic objectives.• Attend staff meetings and quarterly strategic planning meetings, document notes and ensure follow-up on action items.• Expertly manage complex calendars, optimizing meeting schedules by reducing frequency and duration, and identifying opportunities to delegate, creating additional focus time for executives.• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, strategically planning opportunities for face-to-face meetings with other key leaders.• Oversee all aspects of expense reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission.• Improved engagement scores on semi-annual company surveys by coordinating roundtable and skip-level meetings, and planning team events both on and offsite.• Enhanced participation in the Belonging, Equity, and Impact Unified Learning program by delivering presentations at quarterly all-hands meetings, emphasizing its importance and providing strategies for integrating it into busy schedules.*Following elimination of CIO position, accepted newly created role supporting executive leadership of Enterprise Data & Analytics, Digital Office and Enterprise Technology teams.
