Digital Account Manager
Current- Serve as the primary contact with the digital account executives for technical issues and campaign performance
- Assist in putting together client presentations and custom performance reports
- Provide monitoring and optimization of online campaigns
- Knowledgeable on all digital products. This includes knowing the value, cost and fulfillment process.
- Ensure that both the pre and post sales process runs smoothly for the client
- Work directly with the multimedia account executive when the digital account executive is not available to ensure that they have all they need to close a sale
