In Fall 2023, I will teach Principles of Public Relations at Florida Gulf Coast University. The course is designed to introduce students to the field of public relations (PR) and important concepts in executing effective PR strategies. This course will provide a solid foundation for understanding public relations, including historical development, job opportunities in the discipline, trends, strategies, and components of successful PR campaigns.

Focused on patient retention, acquisition, volume and growth through marketing strategy. Created & developed training and sales collateral which was responsible for a year over year premium procedure increase of 5% and total patient volume increase of 8%. Managing the Marketing Department included; allocating budget dollars by building measurable KPIs, analyzing lead conversions, building relationships both internally with patients and externally with our referring doctor network to sell premium services and procedures. Enhanced an in house marketing development system to increase and generate online reviews, which resulted in an 87% increase in positive reviews since 2018.Successful in identifying process gaps and implementing creative solutions to improve sales and drive revenue growth. I oversaw all creative campaign development, implementation, execution and analytical assessment, including the role out of first to market product launches.
