Active engagement with 10+ universities in the region regarding engineering studies, including analysis of study plans, assessment of educational guidelines, articles and press releases, and visits to universities in order to promote profession and membership

In addition of secretarial role, additional responsibility to promote STEM and engineering vocations at Mid and High Schools and support of gender diversity in Engineering

I participate in different panels in the formal review of different universitydegrees and masters related to Engineering for obtaining the EurAce certification following theENAEE criteria through the following positions• Professional member of EurAce2015 Accreditation -• Professional member of the EurAce 2017 Certification Appeals Commission

• Development of procedures for the entry/return of material in the warehouse of the IFEMACOVID Hospital19 reducing the waiting time of the process• Management of personnel and facilities, development of procedures and obtaining warehouse information optimizing the occupied volume

• Implementation of 4 pilot batches overlapping on different lines while maintaining current production• Collaboration with the Quality Department by tracing untrustworthy material batches with areduction of more than 70% of blocked product, and eliminating the arrival of doubtfulmaterial to production lines. • Implementation of initiatives with the Health and Safety department that reduced the rateof accidents and incidents, exceeding 1000 days without accidents in the department andimproving the ergonomics of the personnel in charge. • Trust Recovery between production and logistics operator by implementing proceduresthat reversed the situation of daily logistics shutdowns to more than two years without them.• Execution of actions to exceed 99.99% warehouse inventory reliability, detecting obsoletematerial and reducing 5% of occupied warehouse volume.• Managing staff by optimising their workload, including making and tracking KPIs to improvetheir performance • Establishment, creation and improvement of processes and procedures by enhancing themanagement of the material stock in the factory reducing material shortages with theamount of material in front of the line, including the definition of material stockpillingmethods• Participation in the definition of the new strategic logistic plan of the factory aimed atreducing internal material movements • Participation in the Internal Quality and Environmental Audits team according to ISO 9000and ISO 14000, renewing both certifications

• Factory Expert for the definition and calculation of returnable packaging for exclusive use in the factory or in coordination with the customer's factories to optimise their use• Support in the implementation of the SAP WM module in the factory obtaining a non stop smooth transition including the supply by Kanban cycles• Packaging design with environmental, safety, quality, economic and ergonomic criteria,reducing transport costs, accidents and productivity• Analysis, creation and management of the packaging database and Kanban card system forproduction by unifying information and reducing mismatches• Support from the Factory Health and Safety team in the packaging and stacking project,reducing accidents in the factory

• Management of assembly projects for the designated facilities while maintaining thebudget• Nomenclature systematization of general factory installations, improvingmodifications in time and structure

Support the development of the organization, with focus on Industrial Engineering promotion and strengthening linkage with graduates, conferences, events and bulletins.Support development of soft-skills training for associates

• Optimisation of maintenance processes of the general factory facilities, collaborating withthe Quality Assurance department and reducing product losses• Management of multidisciplinary teams of up to 15 people including subcontractors,improving coordination with production
