Served as the Design Manager on the Executive Program Management Team for the Houston Intercontinental Airport Terminal Redevelopment Program. Established scope of services and contracts for procurement of design consultants and contractors, developed program processes and procedures, and selected and organized team members to execute the program. In addition to a new terminal facility, the program includes apron and taxilane work, landside roadway work, site utilities, expansion of the existing Federal Inspection Services facility, and an office building for the program management team.Design manager for a new office building campus, a capital project exceeding $200 million.
